This conference brought together leading scientists, medical doctors, and affected families from all over the world with the goal of uniting researchers in Canavan Disease with the patients they aim to cure. I handled all of the logistics for the event, including finding sponsorships, connecting with families, managing room and travel arrangements for all participants, planning a wide variety of educational and social activities for the attendees, and managing a team of volunteers.
